1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used wigs and extensions

3. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@queencybeautystore.com and send your item to our return address.

5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
